In fact, there's a lot of alternative method of payment to Paypal but I prefer Payoneer and I recommend it to others to use it.

Payoneer is referring as an online bank account. It's similar to "Skrill".
Payoneer make it easy for you to send/received or purchase online by just a single click.
How fast is Payoneer transaction?
Very fast. Yes, when dealing with Payoneer transaction, it's very fast to receive or send money in either way.
When I wanted to withdraw my money from fiverr to Payoneer, after linking my account with fiver and perform the transaction they said the transaction will be completed in 3 business days but in that same moment the money was in my Payoneer account.

The reliability of Payoneer is not in doubt, because the platform is used by some of the biggest organization and people's to receive and send money money.

So if you are in a country where PayPal is not allowed, you can used Payoneer to receive your online payment. Even if you have a Paypal I recommend you to open Payoneer because some time Paypal might hold on your money which Payoneer does do.
